Welcome to HomeGlanza! By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline our current role as a connecting service for interior design needs, as well as our future plans for potential service expansion.

Service Overview

  • Currently, HomeGlanza operates as an introductory platform, connecting clients with a network of trusted, third-party interior design service providers (“Channel Partners”).
  • Upon receiving an inquiry, HomeGlanza shares your details with select Channel Partners, who will then contact you directly to discuss your project requirements and provide services.

Please note that HomeGlanza plans to expand its services in the future to offer direct, in-house interior design services. When this occurs, these Terms and Conditions will be updated to reflect the changes.

Current Role and Responsibilities

  • At present, HomeGlanza’s role is limited to facilitating introductions between clients and Channel Partners. HomeGlanza does not manage, oversee, or execute any interior design projects directly.
  • The Channel Partner is solely responsible for project planning, management, and client communication once an introduction is made. Any agreements, contracts, and payments are managed directly between the client and the Channel Partner.

Liability Disclaimer

  • HomeGlanza is not liable for any issues arising from services rendered by the Channel Partner, including but not limited to:
    • Project timelines, quality of work, or other service delivery concerns.
    • Disputes over payments, refunds, or terms of the agreement between you and the Channel Partner.
  • Clients are encouraged to review and discuss all project expectations directly with the Channel Partner before proceeding.

Payment Terms

  • HomeGlanza does not handle or process payments for services rendered by Channel Partners at this time. Any payment terms and conditions are to be arranged directly with the Channel Partner.

Future Service Expansion

  • While HomeGlanza currently operates as a referral platform, we plan to expand our service offerings in the future to include direct project management and execution by our own team. Clients will be notified of this change, and Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly.

Confidentiality and Data Sharing

  • By submitting your details, you consent to HomeGlanza sharing your contact and project information with Channel Partners to facilitate your inquiry.
  • HomeGlanza respects your privacy and will only share your information with Channel Partners as necessary for fulfilling your request.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or concerns regarding services provided by the Channel Partner should be directed to the Channel Partner, as they bear sole responsibility for the project.
  • HomeGlanza is not a party to any agreements between clients and Channel Partners.

Changes to Terms

  • HomeGlanza reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, especially in the event of service expansion to direct project execution. Any significant changes will be communicated to our clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
